Hit or miss, often very nice things. I haven't been back lately because last time 2 employees were complaining about a customer while I could hear them and they went on for a while about him, it was very uncomfortable to hear them criticize what they described as a regular customer. It made me feel really bad. It's supposed to be a healing place, not a tear people down store, I think. I wish they would not talk about customers where other customers can hear them, in fact, they shouldn't do it at all.

the mood in the store depends on who is working, some are nicer than others. the money goes to a great cause if they do what they say with it.

This is a really nice little shop for clothes. Their selection isn't large, but everything is in good shape - sometimes even new, and very affordable. The staff is nice too.

I discovered this store a few months ago. Very clean, quality merchandise, and a stellar cause. This is my favorite thrift store to visit in Boise.
